About Us

Hoot Interactive was established in 2009 as a specialized agency offering campaign management services. Over the years, we have evolved with a focus on creating seamless and efficient solutions for our clients. Seven years ago, we made a significant breakthrough with the launch of our first software product. This came about when working with an automotive client and recognizing the need for inventory integration in search advertising. We developed a tool that initially targeted a company similar to Office Max in Canada. This tool scanned URLs in product-specific ads, detected out-of-stock items, and later evolved to check inventory availability dynamically. This innovation reduced the inventory integration process from 1-2 weeks to 15 minutes without requiring a feed.


Our success in the automotive sector led to the development of dynamic display advertising, followed by a shift towards dynamic video advertising about five years ago. The foresight to move beyond dynamic inventory integration set us apart, as dynamic video advertising gained momentum while search advertising declined.
In January 2023, we proudly launched Hoot Vid, our dynamic video platform, rebuilt from the ground up. By Q2, we welcomed new clients and began phasing out our old platform, which will be fully retired by October 2024. Hoot Vid's standout feature is its daily updates to dynamic video content, ensuring that ads are always relevant and connected to the latest data sources. This automatic updating guarantees that our clients' ads are always fresh and current, setting us apart in the marketplace.


Hoot Interactive is committed to delivering speed, ease of use, and exceptional customer support to local and regional markets. We are continuously seeking new innovations and opportunities in video advertising to provide fast and effective products for our clients. Our current focus is on expanding our reach and demonstrating our capabilities to agencies we aren't yet working with. We aim to make our dynamic video creation process even more efficient, potentially reducing it from 15 minutes to just 5. This commitment to our clients' success is what makes them feel valued and integral to our operations.

Open Positions:

Client Success Manager

Position Overview:

Become a valuable team member of our growing team. In this position, you will provide training, guidance, and support to agency leadership and campaign managers using proprietary software and advertising platform integration. Drive product adoption by training and educating our clients on product features, creating training content and client needs assessments.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Assist sales with demos when required
  2. Deliver high-level customer service, ensuring that all clients are properly trained and getting the most value possible from the software.
  3. Guide customers on applying best practices, implementation requirements, and operational support.
  4. Manage a customer ticketing system, to continuously monitor the flow of client issues, for quick troubleshooting and resolution.
  5. Create easily digestible support documentation for user guides, FAQs, and Product feedback.
  6. Learn and maintain expertise of our products and how our software works within Google Search, GDN, Programmatic Display, and Facebook Ads campaigns. 

Preferred Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years’ related experience, preferably in digital advertising
  • Working understanding of AdWords, Programmatic Display, and Facebook Ads campaign management
  • Advanced Technical Understanding of Advertising Platforms to support data integrations, account hierarchy, and technical requirements 
  • Ability to prioritize workflow and customer communication
  • Effective communications skills, including the ability to convey technical information into understandable terminology

Marketing

Video: Client Success Manager

Position Overview:

Join our team and help us provide training, guidance, and support to agency leadership and campaign managers using proprietary software and advertising platform integration. This Candidate will be heavily focused on supporting our Dynamic Video Product with overlapping responsibilities with supporting products and training.

Job Summary

  • Gather design requirements from clients to integrate software functionality into video templates. Provide follow-up support by troubleshooting, enhancing, and resolving customer issues, while providing training for self-service use of proprietary software. 
  • Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ video editing experience, preferably in digital advertising
  • Strong experience with video editing platforms like Adobe After Effects
  • Working understanding of AdWords, Programmatic Display, and Facebook Ads campaign management
  • Adept in all video-related products in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • Ability to prioritize workflow
  • Ability to anticipate and effectively communicate and solve practical problems or issues 
  • Effective communications skills, including the ability to convey technical information into understandable terminology
  • Strong technical writing skills

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct demos with clients and collaborate with sales reps to gather requirements and identify customer requirements, to create advertising solutions to meet customer needs.
  2. Edit video templates to integrate dynamic video ad software functionality, for optimal client adoption.
  3. Deliver high-level customer service, ensuring that all clients are properly trained and getting the most value possible from the software.
  4. Manage support tasks that include : 
    1. Respond to client issues
    2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
    3. Training Requests
    4. Creative Designs and Requirements
    5. Assist with client and partner regulation standards when necessary
  5. Create easily digestible support documentation for user guides.
  6. Keep up to date on all products, upgrades, and functionality.
